Marina's recruiting career started as a Talent Consultant in San Francisco.

With more than 17 years of talent acquisition experience in both agency and in-house roles, Marina has assisted in scaling talent and expanding teams across a variety of diverse sectors, including Technology, SaaS, FinTech, Energy, Life Sciences, and Artificial Intelligence

 

Marina excels in executive search, talent sourcing, and fostering meaningful relationships. She's known for her ability to identify and secure top-tier talent across various sectors, from high-tech startups to several M&As and IPOs.

Marina is not only an experienced Talent Acquisition leader but also a strategic partner for CHROs, CEOs, and Hiring Managers. She understands the intricate nuances of talent acquisition from both in-house and agency perspective and can effectively lead client companies through periods of transition and scale.

 

She graduated from San Francisco State University with B.A. in Business Management.
